Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of TIMO ("we", "us"), a domain registration service operated by TIMO CORP (PVT) LTD. By using our website or registering a domain, you agree to these Terms.

1. The service

TIMO lets you search for, purchase and manage domain names. Domains are registered with third-party registries through our upstream registrar partners. Your use of a domain is also subject to the policies of ICANN and the relevant registry.

2. Eligibility & account

You must be at least 18 years old and provide accurate registrant details. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity under your account.

3. Registration & payment

• Prices are shown per year and include our service fee.
• Payment is taken before a domain is registered. Registration begins only after a successful payment.
• Domain availability is confirmed in real time, but a domain is not yours until registration completes.
• Renewal prices may differ from the first-year price and may change with registry pricing.

4. Auto-renewal

If you enable auto-renewal, you authorise us to charge your payment method before expiry to keep the domain active. You can disable auto-renewal at any time from your account.

5. Acceptable use

You may not use a domain or our service for unlawful, fraudulent, or abusive purposes, or in a way that infringes the rights of others. We may suspend or cancel a registration that violates these Terms or registry policy.

6. Limitation of liability

The service is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for issues caused by registries, registrars, or events outside our reasonable control.

7. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

8. Governing law
